Laird C. Bradley Laird C. Bradley is owner principal broker of Williamson Group Sotheby's International Realty. He is a native of the Southwest and a graduate of the University of Arizona School of Journalism. He migrated to the Northeast to pursue his work as a journalist in print, radio and later television. A ski vacation inspired a career change that has included creating and owning several hospitality businesses, all with a common grounding in real estate. He has called Vermont home for more than 20 years and been a licensed real estate broker for nearly that long. He, and his wife Heidi A. Talbert, an artist and past teacher at Woodstock Union High School, their daughter Allison and son Christopher make their home in the village of Woodstock. |

Susan Inui-Kelley Susan Inui-Kelley has been a real estate broker for 10+ years and has completed both her e-Pro certifications and is an accedited Buyer Representative. Susan brings a varied background to Williamson Group Sotheby's International Realty. She has run a special needs education program, been a nurse, a therapist and spent more than 25 years with AFS, an international exchange program. Most recently, she lent her considerable talent to Woodstock's Pentangle Council on the Arts. Susan has two bachelors degrees, one from Mount Holyoke College and the other from Temple University, as well as a masters degree from Rollins College. She lives in Quechee with her husband, Don Ransom and is fortunate to have a daughter and grandchildren in the area as well. She loves to workout, read, sing, and be outdoors. She is a busy community activist as a Rotarian, board member of the Ottauquechee Health Foundation, a Pentangle Arts Council volunteer, a member of the Interfaith Housing Coalition, and in the Woodstock UU Church. |

Carol Wood Carol Wood is one of the team of brokers at Williamson Group Sotheby's International Realty. She began helping people buy and sell real estate in 1978, when she became a broker in South Carolina. Carol also taught school for nearly a decade. She has a bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee and has lived in Woodstock fulltime since 1991. Before that, her family owned a second home here and visited the area often. She enjoys gardening, skiing, cooking and along with her husband, James Masters, finds great pleasure in traveling and entertaining family and friends. |

Suzanne S. Brian Suzanne S. Brian was born and brought up in Short Hills, N.J. After graduation from The University of Vermont, she moved to San Francisco, where she worked as a Sales Representative for Hilton Hotels. Woodstock has been her home for the last 30+ years, as well as the place where she and her husband Jimmy raised their three daughters. Suzi enjoys skiing, horseback riding, playing golf and tennis and also has several civic affiliations. She has been an Associate Broker with Georgina Williamson and Williamson Group Sotheby's International Realty for 20+ years. She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute and has received her designation as a Certified Buyer Representative. |

Gretchjen Smith Gretchjen Smith is an active member of the sales team after gaining invaluable experience overseeing and growing the agency's rental properties. Gretchjen's professional experience includes work for two major ski resorts--The Aspen Skiing Company in Aspen, Colorado and Okemo Mountain Resort here in Central Vermont. She graduated from the University of New Hampshire Whittemore School of Business where she received a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a minor in Sociology. Gretchjen and her two daughters live in Woodstock where she enjoys gardening, skiing, painting and is very passionate about renovating old houses. |

Daphne Lowe Daphne Lowe has years of successful real estate experience beginning her career in Charlottesville, Virginia and more recently as top producing broker at an affiliated Sotheby’s International Realty firm in Manchester, Vermont. Now that her husband, Courtney, is Director of Sales and Marketing for the Woodstock Inn, the family has settled into their home in Woodstock. Daphne displays outstanding organization and interpersonal skills which she developed while acquiring a Master’s in Elementary Education and in balancing career, multiple civic roles and being mom to two daughters. Daphne has a real talent for communicating clearly and listening carefully to the goals of her clients and customers.

Megan Boyle Megan Boyle has been a real estate sales person since 2008. She has proven herself to be a true professional having spent the last 17 years owning and managing high-end, short-term slope side rental properties in Killington, Vermont. Megan’s professionalism and integrity is augmented by her education. She received a degree in Philosophy from Loyola University of Chicago and is in the process of enhancing her credentials with the completion of an Associates Degree in Interior Design from Parsons School of Design. Megan has three daughters and lives in the village of Woodstock.

Emma Schmell Emma Schmell is a very active member of the Williamson Group Sotheby’s International Realty team. She is responsible for overseeing the rental properties and working with both owners and potential renters. She is a native of New England and has had a love for Vermont since childhood. After attending the University of Vermont, Emma ran a family business for sixteen years in Woodstock. Emma lives in Pomfret with her husband, Michael, and their two sons. |
