The name "Williamson" has been synonymous with excellence in Woodstock, Vermont real estate for more than 30 years — first as Georgina Williamson Inc. and now as Williamson Group Sotheby's International Realty.

When Georgina Williamson founded her real estate business in 1972, she set out to provide the highest level of professional service to her clients. That commitment remains today and is one reason Georgina Williamson became the exclusive area affiliate for Sotheby’s Real Estate in 1976. This affiliation continued until 2003 when Williamson Group took the next step by becoming the first Sotheby's International Realty® franchise in New England—and as well as in Vermont.
We believe in working closely with our clients to ensure that they find the home, land, or commercial space that meets their needs. We will not 'sell' you a home; rather we will work to educate you about your options so that you can make a decision with which you are comfortable. After all, buying real estate is probably one of the largest financial decisions you will ever make. |
