In her role as Marketing Coordinator, Phyllis manages the Occom Group’s social media presence, digital and print advertising, and property specific websites to engage the global audience with Vermont and New Hampshire’s world-class properties. Her background in publishing and design, as well as a degree in Communications from George Washington University, makes her uniquely qualified to communicate visually with the Occom Group’s buyers and sellers.

Phyllis has a keen eye for style and previously made her profession designing and marketing beautiful places. She began her career as a location scout in New York City, ran her own interior decorating firm, Henhurst Interiors, for 15 years, and spent the last six years working as an interior and photography stylist. Phyllis’ personal Instagram account has been recognized by The Washington Post as one to follow, and her styling work has been featured in numerous regional and national publications.
